We are delighted to welcome back Members, General Admission racegoers and hospitality bookers to Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens for Sydney Winter Racing through July and August 2020. Advanced booking recommended. Social distancing and bio-security measures in place throughout the day including temperature checks for patrons on arrival, and the practising of increased hygiene and safe social distancing according to NSW Government Health Orders. Frequently Asked Questions
The ATC have made the decision to revert our Membership season to again realign with the Horses Birthday and Racing Season as it was historically. This will also align the Membership season with the ATC Budget season and other Major Racing Clubs in Australia and will mean renewal of Membership moves away from the busier time of year. The seven-month Membership, paid at a pro-rata rate, will assist in the realignment commencing 1 August 2021.
All Members who were financial in 2020, will be eligible for ATC Dollar food and beverage credit as well as additional Member Vouchers.
To receive the additional Member Vouchers and ATC Dollars you must renew your 2021 Membership by 28 February 2021.
Those who renew by 28 February 2021 will receive additional Member Guest Ticket Vouchers and ATC Dollars loaded onto your 2020 Membership card for immediate use.
Upon renewing your 2021 Membership, please ensure you do not destroy your 2020 Membership card.
Food and beverage credits will be loaded on to your Membership card.
To use your ATC Dollar food and beverage credits simply scan your Membership card at the Point of Sale when purchasing food or beverages at any permanent retail outlet.
Food and beverage credits will be available for use until 31 July 2021.
Your food and beverage credits may be used at any permanent retail food, café or bar at all four ATC Racecourses.
ATC Dollar food and beverage credits cannot be used on Membership subscriptions.
Your ATC Dollar food and beverage credits can be used to purchase food or beverage from all permanent retail venues at all ATC racecourses. You may also purchase racebooks or walk-up dining available and paid for on raceday.
Members who purchased Annual Guest Cards in 2020, will be eligible to receive the 100 ATC Dollars food and beverage credit for each Annual Guest Card purchased. This amount will be split with 50 ATC Dollars available now on the Members Membership card and the remaining uploaded at the time of renewal.
Those who purchased an Annual Guest Card in 2020, have receive 50 ATC Dollar food and beverage credit uploaded to the Members 2020 Membership card.
ATC Dollars may be used at all four racecourses at your leisure and have an expiry of 31 July 2021.
When you renew your Membership and Annual Guest Card by 28 February 2021, an additional 50 ATC Dollars will be provided and have an expiry of 31 July 2021.
Food and beverage credits will be uploaded to the Members Membership card.
While we are not in a position to refund Membership fees, we have taken this into account by offering additional benefits to use throughout your Membership.
