The Piano Room is the exclusive Members’ after-party, featuring a live performance from viral piano sensation Kylie Fisher. Open from 3:00pm each day, except for 24 October when she will perform 10 minutes after the last race.

Priority Entry For Members
Skip the Queue
As in previous years, Members and Annual Guest Card holders can enjoy an elevated arrival experience with Priority Entry, available at select turnstiles 15 minutes before the announced Member Gate Time.
Look for the signature navy carpet, gold bollards and Priority Entry signage marking the dedicated Member arrival path. Our Customer Service team will be on hand to assist, ensuring a smooth and seamless arrival.
Daily Guest Ticket holders will be welcomed from the announced Member Gate Time.
Member Coach Service
Seamless Raceday Travel
The Members Coach Service runs selected Saturday racedays and travels between ATC racecourses.
Seats on the Coach must be pre-purchased by midday on the Friday prior to the raceday.
There is a $10 non-refundable fee for each passenger and ATC Members may book for non-Member Guests, subject to availability.

The Promenade
A lively new social destination at Royal Randwick, The Promenade brings together premium bars from Whispering Angel, Never Never Gin and Mr Black, alongside leading food brands Johnny Gio and Sana Mediterranean, live entertainment and a big screen, all within a beautifully designed outdoor setting.
Located in the heart of Members, The Promenade is the perfect place to meet with friends, enjoy great food and drinks, catch the racing action and soak up the atmosphere of raceday.

Member Access Lawn at Rosehill Gardens
A new trackside experience, exclusively for Members. Discover the new Member Access Lawn at Rosehill Gardens, a refined trackside space offering additional seating, premium views and an elevated vantage point to enjoy the excitement of raceday.
Settle in, take in the atmosphere and experience the action from a privileged position, moments from the track.

Member Lounge Live Series: New for 2026-27
Introducing our new Member Lounge Live Series, a curated trio of premium Member only live Q&A conversations. Held before gates open on selected Sydney Everest Carnival racedays, each event offers an elevated start to the morning with coffee and pastries, followed by an intimate live segment hosted from the Lounge.
Across this year’s Sydney Everest Carnival, Members can enjoy three premium experiences, each celebrating a cornerstone of Carnival culture and brought to life through expert led Q&A sessions.
Inclusions: Coffee and Pastries
A $15 booking fee applies for each which will be fully reimbursed in ATC Dollars for Members who attend, ready to enjoy across Sydney Everest Carnival.
