We head into Day 8 of the Sydney Everest Carnival and what a day it promises to be at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday.
James Squire Golden Eagle Day is set to soar to new heights with a number of unmissable highlights both on and off the track.
Gates open at 10.30am. Check out the activation map for everything that is on.

*THE BEST OF THE BEST – The $10 million James Squire Golden Eagle 4:45pm
The best of the four-year-olds line up in this year’s edition, which includes a Japanese flavour to it in the shape of Obamburumai. Popular runners include Western Australia’s great mare Amelia’s Jewel and Waterhouse/Bott runner Hawaii Five Oh, with New Zealand star Legarto also one of the main fancies.
*TAB EVEREST REMATCH – The $3 million Giga Kick Stakes 4pm
As has become tradition, the Giga Kick Stakes has attracted a few runners from the TAB Everest including this year’s champ, Think About It. Warwick Farm trainer Joe Pride’s stable star is hot favou ahead of stablemate Private Eye, which won this race 12 months ago.
