Toyota Material Handling Australia extends partnership with the Australian Turf Club

1 September, 2026

Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) has extended its partnership with the Australian Turf Club (ATC), with a new three-year agreement that will see the successful relationship continue through to the end of 2028.

The extension takes the partnership to six years and reinforces TMHA’s long-term commitment to one of Australia’s premier Thoroughbred racing and entertainment organisations.

The Australian Turf Club operates some of Sydney’s most iconic racing venues, including Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens, Canterbury Park and Warwick Farm, along with the Rosehill Bowling Club.

Under the renewed agreement, TMHA and its Toyota Forklifts brand will continue as the naming rights partner of three Group 3 feature races: the Toyota Forklifts Gloaming Stakes, Toyota Forklifts Doncaster Prelude and Toyota Forklifts Frank Packer Plate.

The partnership also includes naming rights to a number of races throughout the year, extensive branding across ATC venues, in-venue media and raceday activations at major events including The Everest.

TMHA will also continue as the Official Material Handling Partner of the Australian Turf Club.

TMHA President and CEO Cameron Paxton said the extension reflects the value both organisations have found in the partnership over the past three years.

“We’re delighted to extend our partnership with the Australian Turf Club for another three years,” Mr Paxton said.

“Over the past three years we’ve built a strong relationship with the ATC and have been proud to showcase the Toyota Forklifts brand through some of Australia’s biggest and most prestigious race meetings.

“The partnership has delivered outstanding exposure for our business while providing valuable opportunities to engage with customers and industry partners. We look forward to continuing that success together over the next three years.”

Australian Turf Club Chief Executive Officer Steve McMahon said TMHA had become an important and valued partner of the Club.

“We’re pleased to continue our partnership with Toyota Material Handling Australia and the Toyota Forklifts brand through to 2028,” Mr McMahon said.

“Over the past three years they have been a fantastic partner, with a strong commitment to our racing program and major events.

“We’re proud to continue building on that relationship and look forward to delivering even more value together over the next three years.”
