Ticket Update for September Racedays

The Australian Turf Club through its ticketing agency Ticketmaster will begin automatically refunding general admission tickets pre-purchased for racedays in September 2021.

This follows the announcement today by the NSW Government of an extended Sydney-wide lockdown until the end of September.

Under these NSW Public Health Orders the Australian Turf Club is unable to allow patrons including members on course until further notice.

Race meetings including tomorrow’s Winx Stakes Day at Royal Randwick – featuring  the first Group 1 of the new racing season the $500,000 Group 1 Winx Stakes – will continue to be run, with only essential workers allowed on course.

The race meeting is covered live on SKY Racing channels through Foxtel and also on TAB and SKY Racing apps on mobile devices.

HOSPITALITY CUSTOMERS

All hospitality is cancelled for September with only industry participants likely to be permitted to attend within designated areas. A member of the Sales Team will be in contact to provide options on rescheduling your booking.

GENERAL ADMISSION PATRONS

All General Admission customers who had registered for a ticket for September race meetings will have their ticket cancelled.

• If you purchased a General Admission ticket, you will receive a full refund from Ticketmaster.

• There is no need to contact the Australian Turf Club or Ticketmaster – tickets will be automatically refunded.
• Funds will appear back on the credit card used for booking within 5-7 business days.
