The Australian Turf Club (ATC) welcomes the appointment of The Agency as official commercial and residential real estate agency partner across its five venues being Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens, Warwick Farm, Canterbury Park and Rosehill Bowling Club.

The Agency partner appointment also complements the renewal of a three-year sponsor partnership with the ATC ahead of the 2021 Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival.

Feature race naming rights include the time-honoured Group 1 The Agency George Ryder Stakes on Longines Golden Slipper Day at Rosehill Gardens and the Group 2 The Agency Villiers Stakes on The Agency Villiers Stakes Day at Royal Randwick, and the famous The Agency Meeting Tree opposite the Theatre of the Horse.

Corina Black, Australian Turf Club Executive General Manager Commercial, said she is honoured to extend The Agency partnership led by Mr Lahood.

“Engaged commercial partners are incredibly important to the commercial success of Australian Turf Club. Matt Lahood is an innovator, and leader in his field and we look forward to working exclusively with him and The Agency team across the next three years,” said Ms Black.

The Agency CEO, Matt Lahood said he was thrilled with the renewed strategic alliance and looks forward to managing various property sales and management rights during the agreement.

“The Agency Group is thrilled to be appointed as the official real estate agents for the Australian Turf Club and as an official sponsor for another three years. I have personally been involved with the Australian Turf Club as an agent and sponsor for more than 20 years, working alongside the ATC management team on their extensive property portfolio. The Agency is honoured to continue this important relationship,” said Mr Lahood.

With more than 300 agents across the country, The Agency prides itself on showcasing some of Australia’s most talented people in the real estate industry to change the way you experience property management.
