ATC LAUNCHES SYDNEY EVEREST CARNIVAL PHOTOGRAPHY PRIZE

The Australian Turf Club is offering photographers and media the chance to enter a pictorial competition around the 2022 Sydney Everest Carnival at Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens.
ATC accredited media are invited to enter a total of three pictures of horses or connections taken at each of the following racedays:
- TAB Everest Day at Royal Randwick on Saturday 15 October
- Golden Eagle Day at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday 29 October
- The Big Dance on Cup Day at Royal Randwick on Tuesday 1 November
A fourth photo taken on any day of the 2022 Sydney Everest Carnival – which has run from Saturday 17 September to Saturday 5 November – may also be submitted.
Submitted photos must have been taken on course by ATC accredited media at each of the racedays and feature horses pre, during or post-race, and/or of connections of a winning runner.
The pictures will be judged by ATC and other independent racing industry figures along with current and former members of the media.
The winner will be judged on the four submitted photos as an overall portfolio.
Entries should be submitted via dropbox or similar format and sent to bdevine@theatc.com.au.
Submissions will close at 5pm, Monday 14 November 2022.
The winning entrant will receive a table for six with full catering at Rosehill Gardens or Royal Randwick on one non-carnival raceday up until Spring 2023.
All photos submitted in the competition will be available for use in ATC promotions and publications for 2022 and 2023, carrying full and proper acknowledgement.
