The stars were out for Golden Eagle Day as Everest Carnival returned to Rosehill Gardens for fun, fashion and the running of the $7.5 million Iron Jack Golden Eagle. Golden Eagle Day Ambassador Erin Holland, Everest Carnival Ambassador Samantha Armytage, 7 Racing reporter Kate Waterhouse, Model & Media Personality Nikki Phillips and Comedian and Channel 7 SAS star Merrick Watts tell us what they love about a day at the races.

Rosehill Gardens had it all on Golden Eagle Day. Fashion with FOMA (Fabrics Of Multicultural Australia), fine food and thrilling racing as Gytrash won the Yes Yes Yes Stakes and Colette won the $7.5 million Iron Jack Golden Eagle in a photo finish.
