Randwick Racecourse Trust – Appointment of Trustee

Expressions of interest are invited from individuals for consideration of appointment as a trustee of the Randwick Racecourse Trust (Trust).

The Trust is established under Part 2A of the Australian Jockey and Sydney Turf Clubs Merger Act 2010 (the Act). The principal function of the Trust is to exercise functions under the Act or the Randwick Racecourse lease as the lessor of the Randwick Racecourse.

Trustees are appointed by the Minister for Better Regulation and Innovation, the Hon Kevin Anderson MP.

A selection panel will consider expressions of interest based on merit, taking into account a candidate’s abilities, qualifications, experience and personal attributes relevant to the performance of the duties of a trustee.

A probity adviser will assist the panel in the selection process and candidates will be required to undergo a probity assessment before an appointment is made.

Closing date for expressions of interest is Wednesday, 31 March 2021.
