Owners Ticketing during COVID restrictions

Owners ticketing has changed for COVID-restricted racedays.

All Owners must pre-register for each raceday

Due to capacity limits and the NSW Government Health Order, all Owner attendance for Saturday racedays and Friday Night racedays must be pre-registered. When you receive your Owners acceptance email please register via the Moshtix link provided.

For Wednesday mid-week meetings all Owners will be required to scan the QR Code and enter their details, and will be temperature checked on arrival.

Royal Randwick

ROYAL RANDWICK SATURDAY MEETINGS

There can be strictly NO OWNERS from NORTHERN BEACHES in attendance or Residents of Auburn, Berala, Lidcombe North, Regents Park and Rookwood to attend racecourse including employees until they are tested on or after 5 Jan. Owners from the southern regions of the Northern beaches however can attend.

OWNER ATTENDANCE AND ACCESS
(OWNERS RESERVE AREA)
TRIPLE CROWN AREA– GROUND FLOOR, QUEEN ELIZABETH II GRANDSTAND

The Owners Reserve will be located on Ground Floor (Triple Crown Area) of the Queen Elizabeth II Grandstand, offering spectacular sweeping views over the Royal Randwick track and adjacent to the winning post. Owners can watch their race from Ground Floor with complimentary reserved seating for them and a guest. Food and beverage will be available for purchase on the day and food and beverage vouchers are redeemable from this area. Owners must register at the link below to reserve their place.

Owners will have restricted access to the designated area they reserve and must remain seated in their reserve area for the duration of their time at the racecourse, except to access restrooms and betting facilities. There will be no access to restricted equine areas including the mounting yard, parade area and horse stalls. Owners will still be able to view their race in designated area adjacent to winning post.

OWNERS TICKETING

Owners and their guest must have a valid Moshtix digital ticket to enter the racecourse.

ENTRY AND PARKING

Transport NSW bus and tram services will be operating for racegoers wishing to travel on public transport.

Parking is available in the infield, accessed via High Street. The Ascot Street car park will be open to ATC Members with appropriate parking passes, or Members wishing to park for the day for a $10 flat fee.

Taxis may drop off and pick up at the Taxi Rank entrance, accessible via Ascot Street off Doncaster Avenue.

OWNERS CONCIERGE POINT (OWNERS PAVILION TICKETING WINDOW)

Collect ATC Owners Entitlement envelope, including food and beverage voucher to be redeemed at Owners Reserve Area. Please collect from Owners Concierge (Owners Pavilion Ticketing window) located under Owners Pavilion.

Rosehill Gardens

ROSEHILL GARDENS SATURDAY MEETINGS

Owners from the southern regions of the Northern beaches however can attend.

OWNERS RESERVE AREA IN THE MOËT & CHANDON CHAMPAGNE BAR
The Owners reserve will be located in the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar which offers spectacular sweeping views over the Rosehill Gardens track and city skyline. Owners can watch their race from the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar or make their way downstairs to the Owners Viewing Area (overlooking section of mounting yard), with complimentary reserved seating for them and a guest for your race.
Food and beverage will be available for purchase on the day from the Moet and Chandon Champagne Bar.

OWNERS TICKETING
Owners and their guest must have a valid Moshtix digital ticket to enter the racecourse.

After entering track please make your way to the Moet and Chandon Champgane Bar on Level 2 of the JR Fleming Grandstand to receive your Owners Entitlement envelope (includes racebook, owners ticket including your food and beverage voucher, to be redeemed from the Moet and Chandon Champagne Bar. Warwick Farm

WARWICK FARM MID-WEEK MEETINGS

Please find below information regarding changes to regular Warwick Farm operations for Wednesday meetings.

There can be strictly NO OWNERS from NORTHERN BEACHES in attendance or Residents of Auburn, Berala, Lidcombe North, Regents Park and Rookwood to attend racecourse including employees until they are tested on or after 12 Jan. Owners from the southern regions of the Northern beaches however can attend.

Please be advised that all patrons should wear a mask in the venue. We ask Owners that they should wear masks on course and in indoor areas and using transport to and from the venue.

Owners will be positioned in an Owners Reserve Area, located on Level 1 of Grandstand in the Chipping Norton Bar. The grandstand area on Level 1 can be used to view pre-race mounting yard and view races only. There will be food and beverage services available within the Chipping Norton Bar.

There will be strictly no access to the Parade Ring or any other equine areas, including horse stalls.

ENTRY
All attendees must present a ID upon arrival to gain entry to Warwick Farm. Racebooks and food and beverage vouchers will be provided to Owners upon entry at Raceday office. Syndications are to provide list of attendees by 5PM COB Tuesday prior to the raceday. Click here for Syndication Form

Entry for all patrons attending is strictly via pedestrian gate near the carpark where security and customer service staff and signs will be positioned.
Upon arrival, all patrons must undergo temperature checks and submit your QR code.

CANTERBURY PARK FRIDAY NIGHT MEETINGS

Owners and their guests must have a valid Moshtix digital ticket to enter the racecourse. The Ground Floor Area #2 of Clyde Kennedy Stand is the Owners Reserve area.

There can be strictly NO OWNERS from NORTHERN BEACHES in attendance or Residents of Auburn, Berala, Lidcombe North, Regents Park and Rookwood to attend racecourse including employees until they are tested on or after 5 Jan. Owners from the southern regions of the Northern beaches however can attend.

Please note due to NSW Government Public Health Orders, places are strictly limited and bookings are essential, so secure your place today. Bookings close at 12.00pm on the raceday Friday.

OWNERS ENTRY AND CONCIERGE

Please ensure you collect your owners ticket with food and beverage voucher, and racebook from concierge point at the door.

The Australian Turf Club would like to thank Owners’ for their ongoing support by providing each listed Owner with a Food and Beverage voucher (voucher located on back of your Owners ticket) this entitles the listed Owner to a complimentary pie or sandwich plus one complimentary drink which can be redeemed post-race from Ground Floor Owners and Trainers bar of Clyde Kennedy Stand (same area for Owners as per Wednesday meetings) you can also watch replay in this area.

OWNERS AREA AND VIEWING

Owners will be positioned in an Owners Reserve area only, located on Ground floor. Owners will also have viewing area outside the front of this precinct to view their horses in parade ring. The grandstand area on Level 1 can be used to view pre-race mounting yard and view races only. There will be food and beverage services available within the Owners area.

There will be strictly no access to the Parade Ring or Horse Stall area.

Syndications

Syndications

For syndications, it is the Syndication Manager’s responsibility to check the entitlements and advise the Membership Department – prior to each race meeting – of the names of all Syndicate representatives who will be attending the race meeting and claiming tickets. If no list of representatives are provided, then any available tickets will be distributed according to a ‘first come, first served’ basis. CHILDREN with owners.

 

Children under the age of 18 years attending the races accompanied by a responsible adult gain free entry to the racecourse. Children with Owners must accompany the Owner/s to the Raceday Venue Office to be given a junior wristband, which will allow them entry to the Members Reserve.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR MINORS

 

Persons under the age of 18 years of age are not permitted entry to the racecourse unless accompanied by their Legal Guardian (a parent, step-parent or guardian of the minor) or a person who is, for time being, in loco parentis to the minor (an individual who assumes parental status and responsibilities for another individual, usually a young person, without formally adopting that person. This person must be 25 years of age or older and be able to verify to the satisfaction of the ATC their relationship to the minor). Click here to view the full conditions of entry.

 

REDZONE ACCESS

 

Please be advised that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the red zone areas of any of the racecourses except for post-race winner presentation photos when each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be under their supervision. ‘Red zone’ areas are horse stalls, walkway from horse stalls to parade ring, parade ring inner, horsewalk path to racetrack.
