Complimentary Ticket Privileges

Owners are given complimentary access to a range of viewing areas and facilities on course. Owners involved with winning horses on the day are invited to celebrate with us.


Due to capacity limits and the NSW Government Health Order, all Owner attendance for Everest Carnival must be pre-registered. When you receive your Owners acceptance email please register via the Moshtix link provided.

Syndicates will be treated as one Owner. However, they are entitled to receive any additional Owners’ passes available after all Owners’ benefits have been accommodated (= 20 – Owners’ benefits, where the syndicate is treated and included as an Owner).
If there are multiple syndicates, any additional Owners’ Enclosure passes will be distributed equally amongst the syndicates.
NB: Passes issued to the syndicate manager or their pre-advised nominee.
Syndicates will be treated as one Owner. Therefore individual Members’ passes permitted is based on the number of Owners in the horse.

If your horse is scratched from the race, we will provide you with the Members ticket component of your entitlement. Owners Passes will not be provided.

NB: For safety reasons, the ATC may use its discretion to limit Mounting Enclosure passes to 200 Owners per race when large fields compete and/or a high proportion of horses in a race have multiple (10+) Owners.

We recommend viewing the race from the Level 1 Owners Viewing area in between the Grandview and the Chairman’s (Royal Randwick).

If your name appears as an Owner in the race book, you are entitled to one free race book. Additional race books can be purchased from the Race Day office or the race book booths around the course.

Owners can pick up their tickets at the following locations:

Royal Randwick

Owners now have an exclusive entry point at Gate C and should collect their tickets here. Owners can also see the Owners Concierge at the race day Stalls Desk, located on ground floor of the multi deck car park. Alternatively owners ticketing can still be obtained from the Infield Box Office if parking in the Infield.

Rosehill Gardens

The Owners ticket collection point is located at the Members Entrance (Might and Power entrance).

Canterbury Park

All Owners with their names listed in the racebook will be permitted course entry for themselves and a guest. Please approach a member of staff to gain free entry. Proceed to the Members Concierge for (Wednesday Meetings) and the Administration Office for (Friday Night Meetings) to pick up your applicable Owners ticketing.

Warwick Farm

All Owners with their names listed in the racebook will be permitted course entry for themselves and a guest. Please approach a member of staff to gain free entry. Proceed to the General Office (located under the JBH Carr Stand) to pick up your applicable Owners ticketing.

For syndications, it is the Syndication Manager’s responsibility to check the entitlements and advise the Membership Department – prior to each race meeting – of the names of all Syndicate representatives who will be attending the race meeting and claiming tickets. If no list of representatives are provided, then any available tickets will be distributed according to a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Purchasing of Additional Members Passes

Owners who require ticketing in excess of their Owners privileges may purchase Member Guest tickets at the rate applicable to the day, adhering to Member ticket limits. Saturdays (6 per Owner/Syndicate), Mid-week, Sundays and non Saturday Public Holidays (10 per Owner/Syndicate) and Sydney Autumn and Everest Carnivals (1 per Owner/Syndicate). Hospitality packages can also be purchased.

CHILDREN with owners.


Children under the age of 18 years attending the races accompanied by a responsible adult gain free entry to the racecourse. Children with Owners must accompany the Owner/s to the Raceday Venue Office to be given a junior wristband, which will allow them entry to the Members Reserve.




Persons under the age of 18 years of age are not permitted entry to the racecourse unless accompanied by their Legal Guardian (a parent, step-parent or guardian of the minor) or a person who is, for time being, in loco parentis to the minor (an individual who assumes parental status and responsibilities for another individual, usually a young person, without formally adopting that person. This person must be 25 years of age or older and be able to verify to the satisfaction of the ATC their relationship to the minor). Click here to view the full conditions of entry.




Please be advised that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the red zone areas of any of the racecourses except for post-race winner presentation photos when each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be under their supervision. ‘Red zone’ areas are horse stalls, walkway from horse stalls to parade ring, parade ring inner, horsewalk path to racetrack.
