CHILDREN with owners.
Children under the age of 18 years attending the races accompanied by a responsible adult gain free entry to the racecourse. Children with Owners must accompany the Owner/s to the Raceday Venue Office to be given a junior wristband, which will allow them entry to the Members Reserve.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR MINORS
Persons under the age of 18 years of age are not permitted entry to the racecourse unless accompanied by their Legal Guardian (a parent, step-parent or guardian of the minor) or a person who is, for time being, in loco parentis to the minor (an individual who assumes parental status and responsibilities for another individual, usually a young person, without formally adopting that person. This person must be 25 years of age or older and be able to verify to the satisfaction of the ATC their relationship to the minor). Click here to view the full conditions of entry.
REDZONE ACCESS
Please be advised that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the red zone areas of any of the racecourses except for post-race winner presentation photos when each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be under their supervision. ‘Red zone’ areas are horse stalls, walkway from horse stalls to parade ring, parade ring inner, horsewalk path to racetrack.
