In another thrilling running of The TAB Everest, what a sight it was to see jockey Tommy Berry and exciting sprinter Osborne Bulls charge right down the outside of the Royal Randwick straight to finish third.

Both jockey and horse represented the ATC and Godolphin in first-class fashion, with Osborne Bulls competing well out of his normal grade as one of the best runs in the race.

ATC was this year very pleased to join with Godolphin as one of world racing’s biggest racing and breeding organisations, and in particular as one of Sydney’s biggest contributors to racing all year round.

One of the ATC Board and management’s key strategies in using its slot is to promote Sydney racing and the Club to the rest of the world.

Partnering with Godolphin has given the ATC further great opportunity to do this in 2018.

ATC’s slot runner has finished third in both runnings of The TAB Everest and all net prizemoney will continue to be reinvested into ATC venues.

Australian Turf Club Chief Executive Jamie Barkley said: “The 2018 TAB Everest was a thrilling race, and we at the ATC got an extra thrill to see Osborne Bulls flash home for third.

“I’d like to acknowledge the diligent and successful work ATC Director Phil Morley and ATC General Manager of Racing, Wagering and International James Ross did on leading the Club’s EOI and selection process to finally secure Godolphin and Osborne Bulls as our runner.”
