What should I do if I have lost my Membership card or car pass?

The loss or theft of Membership cards, Annual Guest cards and car passes must be reported to Membership as soon as possible. A replacement fee of $30 applies to each lost Member card or annual guest card. The fee will be waived if a copy of a stolen property police report is provided.

How do I use my ATC Dollar food and beverage credits?

Food and beverage credits will be loaded on to your Membership card.


To use your ATC Dollar food and beverage credits simply scan your Membership card at the Point of Sale when purchasing food or beverages at any permanent retail outlet.

Renewal payments over the phone are available to be made between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday on 02 9663 8419.

My children are Giddy Up Junior Pass Holders – why can’t I renew their Memberships yet?

Our Giddy Up Junior Pass Holders are an important part of our Membership base. We are taking this opportunity to review these products and improve the offering for our younger racegoers. We will advise more information as it is available.

Why should I opt-in to email and SMS communications from the Club?

To receive notifications on upcoming eligibility and program pre-registration it is a requirement of the Loyalty Reserved Seating program that all Members provide a correct email address, mobile number and postal address.


Without providing your correct details, Members may not receive information about upcoming racedays.

When does my Membership commence?

The Membership season commences 1 August annually.


For those joining, your Membership will be active from the time of joining. You will receive a Membership pack in the mail.


Once you have paid the joining and Membership fee, should you wish to attend prior to your Membership pack arriving, please contact Membership on members@australianturfclub or phone 02 9663 8419 to arrange a digital Ticketmaster ticket, allowing you access to the racecourse on the raceday you pre-register.

When does my Membership expire?

The Membership season commences 1 August and expires 31 July.


By renewing or joining now your Membership will be valid until 31 July 2023. Renewal notices will be sent reminding Members of the need to renew.

What do I need to know about Photo Identification?

Membership cards are printed with Photo Identification. Your Membership pack will not be processed until a photo has been supplied.


Members will be required to provide a photo to be displayed on Membership cards for the purpose of identification. You will be asked to provide a suitable photo, such as one that would be approved for use on a driver’s licence or passport.


How do I supply my photo?

Photos may be uploaded via the online Member Lounge at any time. The Australian Turf Club website will allow you to crop and review your chosen photo prior to submission. Images should ideally be supplied in the .jpg format.


You may also attach a passport photo to your renewal form which you will receive with your Member Magazine ‘On Track’ in September and return in the post with your completed form.

What happens next?

Once the updated photo has been received, we will send you a new Membership card featuring your new photo. From the moment you receive it, your new card can be used to access the Members Reserve and all associated privileges.
