A unique, exclusive experience at Royal Randwick

Indulge in a unique night of wine and cheese on the Royal Randwick course proper on the top of the rise.

A showcase of cheese carefully selected by our executive chefs, matched with sensational red, white and sparkling wines, will be set up on the course proper at the top of the rise providing a unique and exclusive experience for Members and guests; a perfect way to sign off a wonderful Spring Carnival of racing.

The adjacent Heritage Centre will be open for tours and the launch of the ATC’s oral history of racing project featuring interviews with key racing people from over the years.

The Cheese Station will be coupled with a Mediterranean Mezze and Artisan Salumi selection designed to delight the tastebuds.

Cheese Station

Display of at least 3 fine Australian cheeses, traditionally a brie / blue & cheddar with muscatels, grapes, fresh berries, dried fruit, fig & fennel paste, walnut bread, crispbreads & lavoche
