There is an expectation to align with the standards, Code of Conduct and regulations that come with being an Australian Turf Club Member.

Below read more about the guidelines, rules and regulations that govern our Club.

Overview

Misuse of ATC Membership Cards

Membership cards are strictly NOT TRANSFERABLE. The lending of a Membership card to a non-Member for use is a serious breach of ATC Club Rules and will lead to a review by the Board of Directors.

Lending Membership cards in order to purchase daily Members Guest tickets is also prohibited and will result in confiscation of the Membership card.

Behaviour in the Members Reserve

Members are asked to respect the comfort and enjoyment of patrons within the Members Reserve at all times.

Inappropriate or offensive behaviour may result in the offender being removed from the racecourse and their Membership reviewed by the Board of Directors.

Members are reminded that they are responsible for the behaviour of their Guests whilst in the Members Reserve, as well as ensuring all Guests are appropriately attired and adhere to the Dress Regulations.

Appropriate behavior is expected from Members at all times and any deviation from acceptable behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The ATC reserves the right to repossess the Membership card of any Member who is deemed to be in breach of ATC rules and regulations, including causing disruption, abusive behaviour, offensive language and the misuse of any Membership products.

Liquor Licence

ATC enforces the responsible service of alcohol and not serving patrons under the age of 18 years. The ATC reserves the right to remove any intoxicated or disorderly patrons.

ATC has a zero tolerance for illegal substances at its venues.

Dress Regulations

We ask Members and Guests to adhere to our dress code which is in place to maintain the sense of occasion that makes a race day so special.

Ladies are expected to maintain a suitable standard in keeping with the traditions of the Members’ Reserve.

Gentlemen are required to wear tailored pants, dress shoes, a collared shirt and tie and a jacket, sports coat or blazer. Ties are always required in the Members’ Reserve Area.
