Conference Spaces

Grand Pavilion Level 2

This space is completely unrestricted due to its vast size. This state-of-the-art facility opens to a wrap-around balcony overlooking the picturesque Rosehill Gardens racecourse. An expansive ‘pillar-less’ room allows for great versatility all in the one place, from a theatre style presentation with break out spaces at the back of the room, the possibilities are endless.

Baguette Room

Floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views overlooking Rosehill Gardens racecourse and Sydney city skyline, this contemporary room is picture-perfect for your next business event. With its own private bar amenities and easy access to lifts you have everything in one place.

Marscay Room

Situated on Level 3 of the JR Fleming Stand with spectacular easterly aspects and views of the racecourse and Sydney skyline. This room offers great versatility for conferences with mounted LED screens and its own private bar amenities.

Director’s Room

Looking directly over the Rosehill Gardens Winning Post and manicured landscapes it doesn’t get much more scenic than this. Conferences up to 220 people theatre style can take place in the Director’s Dining Room, with access to private suites to creative break-out spaces.
