We have a variety of unique venues across 4 locations, we will always ensure that you and your guests experience a truly unique and magnificent occasion.

Events by ATC offers intermit formal settings through to large scale warehouse spaces for your next awards night, gala dinner or anything in-between.

Our flexible event spaces, innovative culinary offerings and bespoke settings ensures your next event will be memorable and a successful one.

With a variety of spaces on offer, we can accommodate banquet set-up from 80 through to 2,500 people.

All of our venues offer free High Density Wi-Fi, audio visual options, free onsite parking and are located within close proximity to accommodation options should you or your guest require overnight stay.

Royal Randwick Gala Spaces

The Ballroom

Set in the heart of the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Grandstand on Level 2, the glamourous Ballroom provides an opportunity to host your guests, we can do customised events for between 100 to 700 guests. Exquisite catering and dual balcony views overlooking the race track or the Theatre of the Horse & city skyline ensure an indulgent experience.

The Stables / Kingston Town Room

Bespoke venue in an elegant surround, it has contemporary designer furnishings by Wood Bagot & Coco Republic, The Stables is a unique & bespoke function space offering multiple options for you to impress your guests. Level 4 venues Kingston Town Room, Moet & Chandon Room and The Stables can accommodate everything from Pre-dinner drinks to 150 guests in Banquet setting. Rosehill Gardens Gala Spaces

Grand Pavilion

State of the art facility opening to a wraparound balcony with views of the city skyline. Level 2 boasts 3,000m2 of flexible ‘pillar-free’ room options with operable (acoustically sound proof) walling for dividing the larger event space. The adjoining wrap around balcony opens out to an undercover seating deck. The venue provides an impressive sense of arrival, contemporary d├ęcor, easy load in/out access, high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows full of natural light or black out screens which help make this venue a perfect location for large Gala dinners with seating up to 1,500 banquet style.

Exhibition Hall

This unique space is 4,000m2 of carpeted pillar less floor space perfect for large Gala/Award dinners seating up to 2,000 guests in banquet setup. The space offers easy vehicle access and permanent electrical connectivity for large technical productions. Free high density Wi-Fi throughout, 24 hour security, free onsite parking for all of your guests as well as an outdoor green space located adjacent to the hall.
