Our versatile venues offer more than 35,000m2 worth of self-contained flexible space and provide large additional indoor and undercover outdoor areas perfect for exhibition booths, stand displays, plenary and catering areas. We have the advantage of multiple load in facilities and all of our venues are fully equipped with free High Density Wi-Fi throughout, permanent AV installments with rigging capability and permanent giant screens. Kensington Room
Located on the ground floor of the Queen Elizabeth II Grandstand, the Kensington Room provides more than 2000m2 worth of expansive floor space and can hold up to 104 Exhibition Booths, also offers adjacent lawn areas for any outdoor requirements.
Rosehill Gardens Exhibition Spaces
Exhibition Hall
The Exhibition Hall is 4000m2 of carpeted pillar less floor space perfect for lifestyle exhibitions and able to fit 183 booths, it features a café and offers easy vehicle access and permanent electrical connectivity for large technical productions, custom exhibitions and trade shows. There is also ample outdoor green space located adjacent to the Hall.
Grand Pavilion Level 1
The two-storey Grand Pavilion is superbly located at the northern end of the racecourse. Level 1 offers 3,300m2 of carpeted floor space with sectional bi-fold glass doors overlooking the racetrack and has easy load-in access. With access to a private paved space covering a 1,000m2 area, it is ideal for a large indoor and outdoor exhibition space which can house over 160 booths.
Grand Pavilion Level 2
Superbly located at the northern end of the racecourse. The Grand Pavilion Level 2 has state of the art facilities opening to a wraparound balcony with views of the city skyline. Level two boasts 3000m2 of flexible ‘pillar-free’ room options with operable walling for dividing the larger event space into six smaller areas or can hold 147 Exhibition booths.
J.R. Fleming Grandstand
Flowing seamlessly to trackside lawn area perfect for indoor and outdoor exhibitions and can hold 126 booths. It has a public address sound system as well as existing bars and café outlets and all amenities as well as three phase power available throughout.
Betting Ring
The ideal location for an outdoor trade or exhibition with which is undercover and links directly into the Members Grandstand. The 3000m2 space has easy load-in access and can hold up to XXXX booths.
