Entertain your group from a private outdoor viewing deck, located undercover on Level 2 of the J.R. Fleming Stand. Grazing menu and beverage package included throughout the day. A personal attendant will be on hand throughout the day.

Mini Milk buns with fillings of poached salmon with celery, watercress and tarragon lemon mayonnaise; smoked beef, kombucha cabbage, pickle and Dijon mustard aioli; roasted zucchini, Emmenthal cheese, rocket and salsa verde. (Sample menu only)

Mains

Hand-shucked Sydney rock oysters with fresh lemon cheeks (2pp); Centre-peeled medium cooked prawns with spicy cocktail sauce (3pp); Crisp baby cos salad with pumpkin seeds, artisan cheese, carrot, mint yoghurt dressing; Organic sourdough with salted butter.
