Celebrate Everest Carnival with a delectable Picnic Hampers specially curated by our award-winning Executive Chefs George Mullen & Gerry Maher. These scrumptious hampers are collected on the day to enjoy in an unallocated reserved area on the Official Grandstand Trackside Lawn set with picnic tables for four Members.
- Chips and Dips, roasted beetroot hummus and smoky eggplant dips with toasted crispbreads
- Petite poached chicken, herb and walnut finger sandwiches (2 per person)
- Marinated premium alto misto olives with citrus and garden herbs (vegan)
- Vietnamese mini rice paper wraps with vermicelli, mint, vegetables, and chilli dip (gf, vegan) (2 per person)

- Salumi grazing platter with delicatessen meats, German potato salad and green leaves
