Horses To Follow this Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival

The Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival features six weeks of world-class racing with $44 million in prizemoney on offer.
Here are 14 horses to follow and look out for this Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival.
STORM BOY (Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott) – Unbeaten colt who has dominated since his debut in December. Won the Group 2 Skyline Stakes and is the one to beat in the TAB Golden Slipper.
THINK ABOUT IT (Joe Pride) – Reigning TAB Everest Champion who finished 2nd in the Group 1 Canterbury Stakes on return and will next head to the George Ryder Stakes on TAB Golden Slipper Day then on to the Star Doncaster Mile at Royal Randwick on The Star Championships Day 1.
THINK IT OVER (Kerry Parker) – **RETIRED** (28 March) Impressive when winning the Group 1 TAB Verry Elleegant Stakes 2nd-up beating Fangirl. Aiming to win the $4 million Queen Elizabeth Stakes for the second time after taking out the race in 2022.
PRIVATE EYE (Joe Pride) – Finished 2nd in the Lightning before getting back and finishing strongly in the Group 2 Challenge Stakes. Will be one of the main chances in the James Squire T.J Smith Stakes.
CELESTIAL LEGEND (Les Bridge) – Impressive winner of the Group 1 The Agency Randwick Guineas. The sky is the limit and will likely head towards the Star Doncaster Mile.
MILITARIZE (Chris Waller) – Three time Group 1 winning 3YO Colt. Finished 2nd at both runs this preparation including The Agency Randwick Guineas. Will likely look to step up in distance to the Rosehill Guineas and could either contest the Australian Derby or come back in distance for the Star Doncaster Mile.
IMPERATRIZ (Mark Walker) – If the star mare heads north to Sydney it could set up one of the great races in the James Squire T J Smith Stakes.
TOM KITTEN (Godolphin) – 3yo colt who broke through for a win in the Group 1 Moet & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes last Spring. Will target the Australian Derby for Godolphin.
OBAMBURUMAI (K Yoshimura) – Showing a great turn of foot to win the $10 million James Squire Golden Eagle in the Spring. Will be back to take aim at the Star Doncaster Mile at Royal Randwick on the Star Championships Day 1.

ORCHESTRAL (Roger James & Robert Wellwood) – 3YO Savabeel filly from NZ who looks to have a bright future.
ZARDOZI (Godolphin) – 3yo filly who won the Group 1 VRC Oaks in the spring. Will target the Vinery Stud Stakes on Stakes Day at Rosehill Gardens then the Australian Oaks.
MR BRIGHTSIDE (Ben, Will & JD Hayes) – Won back-to-back the Star Doncaster Mile’s but will tackle the $4 million Queen Elizabeth Stakes on the Star Championships Day 2.
I WISH I WIN – Will be aiming to defend his title in the James Squire T J Smith Stakes after a blistering victory last year.
POST IMPRESSIONIST (William Haggas) – Five-year-old from Ireland which is part-owned by Nick Williams and trained by William Haggas. This durable stayer will tackle the N.E Manion Cup and the Schweppes Sydney Cup.
