The Furphy Run To The Rose comes a fortnight before the Group 1 $1 million Chandon Golden Rose, also run at Rosehill Gardens.

“The Furphy Run To The Rose has again attracted an outstanding field of three-year-olds including the first two horses from this year’s Longines Golden Slipper.
“The race is always a key pathway to the Group 1 Chandon Golden Rose in two weeks time as we head towards the official start next week of Sydney’s spectacular $66 million Spring Carnival.’’
