Chandon Ladies Day launches the opening to the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival on Saturday 16 March.
Rosehill Gardens plays host to the first three racedays with the TAB Golden Slipper Carnival.
Here are FIVE things to not miss at Rosehill Gardens on Chandon Ladies Day.
1. Pamper Lounge
Head over to the pamper lounge to ensure you look your best all day long! With hair and make up artists on hand for quick touch ups and fashion illustrators ready to sketch your raceday look!
2. Smokehouse
Serving up traditional American styled smoked meats, using quality meats sourced from local producers and using traditional “Low and slow” cooking methods to bring out the best flavour will have most racegoers following that delicious smell to the best smoked meat rolls in town. 3. Coolmore Classic 4.35pm
It’s the first Group 1 race of the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival as the fillies and mares contest the race over 1500 metres. Local trainer Chris Waller trains the favourite Zougotcha who is a last start winner. It is also the last chance for two-year-olds to qualify for the TAB Golden Slipper when they contest the Group 3 Cincotta Chemist Magic Night Stakes and Group 3 TAB Pago Pago Stakes. Full fields.
4. Destination Chandon
Visit Destination Chandon located on the ground floor of the J R Fleming Stand and enjoy beautifully crafted sparkling wines.

5. Wear a touch of pink
It’s Sydney’s annual pink raceday with guests encouraged to wear a touch of pink on the day. Find out more about the colours and what to wear for the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival.
Once the raceday is wrapped up head over the road to continue the celebrations at the Rosehill Bowling Club. The beer garden will be open with DJ DanJoy playing from 6.30 to 10.30pm.
