The Everest Carnival Fashion Lunch returns this spring, bringing with it more style and entertainment than ever before. Guests will be treated to cocktails, canapés and a two-course lunch complemented by De Bortoli Wines and Chandon Sparkling.

A high-end fashion show by a one of Australia’s most treasured designers will take centre stage, along with a show-stopping performance by one of Australia’s most beloved entertainers.
Special guest speakers plus charity prize draws will inspire in a COVID-safe environment within the spectacular Ballroom of Royal Randwick.

Will I be temperature tested?

Yes, all guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival using either handheld thermometers or thermal imaging camera technology. Any temperature that exceeds 37.5 will be retested after 15 minutes.

What if I am feeling unwell or have visited a COVID-19 hot spot recently?

If you are not feeling well prior to the event we ask that you do not attend, a full refund will be offered.

What social distancing and bio-security measure will be in place at the lunch?

Upon arrival each guest will be required to scan a QR Code for contact tracing in line with the NSW Government Public Health Order Track and Trace Policy. Data will be stored for a maximum 28 days.

Each table will seat a maximum of 6 guests, with spacing between to ensure social distancing is observed. Groups may book a table of 10, which will be seated at larger tables to allow adequate social distancing.

Tables will be set 1.5 metres apart.

ATC COVID-Safe Mashalls will be on hand to ensure social distancing measures are observed.

Guests must remain seated at their tables throughout the day except for restroom requirements and to purchase charity raffle tickets.

Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at key guest entrances and contact areas such as food and beverage outlets and facilities (i.e. restrooms).

Signage will be displayed throughout the venue to inform and enforce health, good hygiene, and physical distancing practices.

Routine cleaning of high touch surfaces throughout the day

We ask that guests respect staff and any COVID-safe guidelines in place on the day.

To reduce hand-to-hand contact, we encourage cashless transactions when purchasing raffle tickets or if upgrading your beverage package to Moët & Chandon.

What happens if Government restrictions change and the event is cancelled?

If NSW Government restrictions change and guests are no longer permitted to attend events, a full refund will be offered.
