Community Engagement Key Areas

ATC is committed to expressing the character of racing as giving, compassionate and empathetic to the causes that concern our communities.

In addition to the business offering, social responsibility and community initiatives provide another avenue for ATC to make a positive contribution.

ATC has developed five key areas that guide our decisions on how engagement will be undertaken with stakeholders and the community.

Key Areas

Strategic initiatives with organisations that create shared value e.g. scholarship with the Western Sydney University.

Support requests that make a positive contribution to the sport of racing e.g. National Jockeys Trust.

Partner with not-for-profits to offer a different method of fundraising as well as grants and sponsorship e.g. Pin & Win Partner, Community Grants and hospitality discounts.

Offer employees opportunities during work time as well as skilled volunteering to support not-for-profits in our communities e.g. White Ribbon Walk.
