COLIN FASSNIDGE ROLE AS SYDNEY EVEREST CARNIVAL AMBASSADOR OFF TO A FLYER

October 7, 2022

Sydney Everest Carnival Culinary Ambassador Colin Fassnidge kicked-off his duties with the Sydney Everest Carnival Fashion Lunch at Royal Randwick on Thursday.

Working with the ATC’s Group Executive chef Gerry Maher and his team in the kitchen, guests were treated to a delicious three course meal. There was more style and entertainment than ever before as the event returned to the Ballroom in the Queen Elizabeth II stand at Royal Randwick.

In his role with the Australian Turf Club, Colin has created bespoke menus for a number of world-class spring race days and events, collaborating with ATC’s multi award-winning hospitality team led by Group Executive Chef Garry Maher.

The signature dishes can be experienced at Royal Randwick’s The Conservatory within The Estate – a modern and luxurious trackside precinct with spectacular views of the track. The very first event was for the Sydney Everest Fashion Carnival Lunch, which was a success with the event being a sell-out.

Guests can be treated to a sumptuous three-course meal by Colin Fassnidge also at Silver Eagle at on Saturday 8 October, and The Big Dance on Cup Day on Tuesday 1 November at Royal Randwick.  Colin will also be making a special appearance at the Fabrics of Multicultural Australia (FOMA) Fashion Lunch on Golden Eagle Day, Saturday 26 October at Rosehill Gardens.
