August 31, 2020

Join Dani Willis at the 2020 Everest Carnival Fashion Lunch on TAB Epsom Day, Saturday 3 October at Royal Randwick.

Guests will be treated to a bespoke three-course lunch curated by Dany Karam, award-winning Executive Chef of The Star’s BLACK Bar & Grill, while iconic Australian recording artist Natalie Bassingthwaighte will take centre-stage for a show-stopping performance.

The major prize in the Everest Carnival Fashion Lunch raffle is a $30,000 Cerrone diamond and sapphire necklace, with all proceeds from the raffle going to the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation.

Nicola Cerrone is Australia’s leading jewellery designer. He has won over 40 national and international jewellery design awards. Creating designs that enhance the character of each individual gem, Cerrone works with diamonds, pearls, sapphires, rubies, emeralds and other precious stones to produce unique pieces that reflect a sense of personal style.

“When creating this necklace, I wanted something that would reflect the black and white that we used in The Everest trophy and to showcase the craftsmanship and gems that exist in Australia,” Nic Cerrone said.

“This necklace, whilst representing an amazing event, is classic and timeless and will bring joy to the lucky recipient.”

The 18ct white gold diamond and sapphire necklace features 113=3.32ct F SI round brilliant cut diamonds, and 3.38ct & 2.65ct pear-shaped Australian black E sapphires.
