Following the recent success of the 2019 Everest Carnival, Australian Turf Club (ATC) hospitality packages for the 2020 Everest Carnival are now on sale at 2019 prices.
Patrons who book their Everest Carnival hospitality before Friday, 31 January 2020 can secure the best tables and locations at the best price for the biggest events at Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens in 2020.
Featuring nine weeks of stellar racing, fashion, entertainment and hospitality, spearheaded by the fourth running of the world’s richest turf race, the $14 million The TAB Everest at Royal Randwick on 17 October and the newly crowned Golden Eagle Day at Rosehill Gardens on 31 October, are among Sydney spring racing’s must-attend events.
Hospitality packages are also on sale for 2020 Sydney Autumn Racing, incorporating the iconic three-day Longines Golden Slipper Carnival at Rosehill Gardens (14, 21 and 28 March), The Championships Day 1 featuring the Australian Derby and Day 2 featuring Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Royal Randwick (4 and 11 April), and closing day of the Autumn Carnival – Schweppes All Aged Stakes Day (18 April) at racing’s headquarters.
New to Sydney Autumn Racing is The Conservatory located within Royal Randwick’s newest hospitality precinct – The Estate, which offers a luxurious raceday experience in an exclusive trackside location. With opulent design, music, stunning grounds and uninterrupted trackside views – it’s the place to be and be seen.
2020 will also mark an historic carnival at Royal Randwick with the running of Sydney’s Light Rail along Alison Road making it even easier for racegoers to attend and exit the races.
“Corporate hospitality at The Australian Turf Club is growing significantly and defying the trends around Australia; most notably we experienced a 36 per cent increase during the 2019 Everest Carnival across our two major venues, Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens,” ATC Executive General Manager Commercial Corina Black, said.
“A day at the races represents excellent value for money because the experience lasts an entire afternoon and offers a huge amount of variety from Group 1 racing, world-class hospitality, stunning fashions and live entertainment.”
“We want corporates, members and racegoers to plan ahead for both Autumn and Spring 2020 and take advantage now of the special hospitality offers available. With the new Light Rail in operation stopping directly outside of Royal Randwick, it promises to be an incredible carnival.”
Australian Turf Club hospitality packages are designed to cater for all entertainment styles and budgets, ranging from premium trackside entertaining at the exclusive new The Conservatory to fine dining restaurants, private suites, and Champagne bars at Royal Randwick and bespoke raceday functions in the Grand Pavilion and Gold Room at Rosehill Gardens.
