Premium culinary offerings are a highlight of racedays and events at the Australian Turf Club.

The Australian Turf Club Members Consultative Committee had a taste testing night for our retail menus, with feedback received on the quality, presentation and pricing of our retail food offerings.

The tasting night was held at The Stables at Royal Randwick and was led by Executive Chef, Gerry Maher and Executive General Manager Member & Customer Experience, Jane Coles.

Items from the raceday retail menus were presented, including smoked pastrami salmon, house-made fish & chips, grilled fish and salad, classic cheese burger and a selection of house-made pies and sausage rolls.

Australian Turf Club venues are aiming to be plastic free by 2023, and use biodegradable plates and packaging made from palm and cane sugar for our retail menu items.

We value the engagement and feedback from our Members to ensure we are delivering at the highest standards.
