ATC Jockey Cook Off with Colin Fassnidge

Jockeys Robbie Dolan and Rachel King go head-to-head in an exciting yet amusing cook off, judged by ATC’s Culinary Ambassador Colin Fassnidge.

 

Challenge #1

Deconstructed Pavlova

In this challenge, our two jockeys Robbie Dolan and Rachel King, had to create a perfectly plated pavlova with a creative flair to impress Colin. Robbie went with a horse looking share whilst Rachel stayed minimalist.

CHALLENGE #2

Cook The Perfect Steak

Next, the two jockeys had to cook the perfect medium-rare steak. There were many different seasoning methods used by both, with Robbie seasoning the steak with enough salt that it tasted like the sea!

CHALLENGE #3

Blind-Fold Tasting

Robbie and Rachel took part in an extremely challenging blindfold taste test to keep it interesting! The reactions from both jockeys are gold!
