ATC Foundation Opens 10th Round of Grant Applications

4 August, 2026

Registered charities linked to the NSW Thoroughbred racing industry as well as community organisations across the state are being encouraged to apply for grants from the Australian Turf Club’s charitable arm.

This will be the ATC Foundation’s tenth round of grants since it was formed in 2018.

The latest round of funding of up to $150,000 will be split across a number of organisations and will see the Foundation distribute close to $2 million to more than 80 charitable organisations and racing participants since the inception.

Funds are raised through official ATC merchandise sales and on-course fundraising events such as the sale of commemorative pins, saddle cloth auctions and the generosity of ATC Members.

The latest applications opened on Monday 3 August 2026 and will close on Friday 11 September 2026.

Information and the application form can be found at the link here.

ATC Foundation Chair Caroline Searcy said the Foundation’s motto for the latest round of grants was “Together, we make an impact’’.

“If your organisation is delivering a project that aligns with our commitment to the NSW racing industry or is of community impact, we encourage you to apply for funding,’’ Ms Searcy said.

“The ATC Foundation is delighted to give back to the industry and local organisations every cent that is raised through related events and donations.

“Racing has a proud tradition of helping those most in need and the ATC Foundation’s tenth round of grants will continue that generosity.’’
