Jockeys take on Aussie cricket sensation Sam Konstas at Royal Randwick

Aussie cricket sensation Sam Konstas visited Royal Randwick ahead of The Star Championships for a unique challenge involving leading Sydney jockeys Tim Clark and Adam Hyeronimus.

The fun-filled challenge brought together two of Australia’s most loved sports, cricket and horse racing, with plenty of twists and turns along the way.

KONSTAS TO THE CREASE

Never one to back away from a challenge, it was Sam Konstas who took strike first with Tim and Adam showing what they had with ball in hand.

The jockeys showed plenty of skill as they rolled their arm and keep Konstas on his toes.

Bowling with some success, Konstas still managed to dispatch some deliveries back over the bowlers head.

The secret weapon bowling machine was called in for use to try and get the result.

JOCKEYS PAD UP

It was the jockeys turn to put on the pads and swing the willow.

Konstas not known for his bowling managed to keep the jockeys guessing as he rolled down his deliveries.

There was plenty of skill on show with Konstas judging the winning jockey from what he saw.
