2025 SYDNEY AUTUMN RACING CARNIVAL: THE ULTIMATE DAY OUT WITH UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES

The 2025 Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival is transforming the racing experience, making Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens Sydney’s most vibrant destinations for a great day out, where attendees can ‘Expect It All’.

Racing fans can expect to see world-class racing, trend-setting fashion, dynamic entertainment, and lively on-ground activations. Spanning six exhilarating weeks from 15 March to 19 April, the Carnival will feature the TAB Golden Slipper Carnival at Rosehill Gardens and The Star Championships at Royal Randwick.

Australian Turf Club is launching a dynamic range of experiences and activities at the 2025 Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival, from 15 March to 19 April 2025.

The 2025 Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival comprises the TAB Golden Slipper Carnival at Rosehill Gardens (15, 22 and 29 March) and The Star Championships at Royal Randwick (5, 12 and 19 April).

After The Last music acts feature Cyril (TAB Golden Slipper Day), Touch Sensitive (The Star Championships Day 1), Set Mo (The Star Championships Day 2), and KLP (Schweppes All Aged Stakes Day).

The Peacock Lounge, presented by Balter, returns to Royal Randwick for The Star Championships, offering a social and stylish retreat for general admission racegoers.

The Hard Rated Home Straight debuts at Rosehill Gardens, a vibrant and social precinct for all three dates of the TAB Golden Slipper Carnival in March.

In addition to showcasing some of Australia’s finest racing, the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival is bringing a fresh array of dynamic experiences to engage the younger audience. Rosehill Gardens will debut the Hard Rated Home Straight, designed specifically for Gen Z attendees during all three dates of the Golden Slipper Carnival in March. This new area aims to create a vibrant atmosphere for younger racegoers and provide a distinctive new way to enjoy a day out with a group of friends at Rosehill Gardens this Autumn.

The Trackside Reserve, presented by Asahi Super Dry, returns at Rosehill Gardens and Royal Randwick. This carnival at Royal Randwick, each table has access to digital ordering with Me&U, providing a seamless experience where food and drinks can be ordered from the phone and delivered straight to the table, ensuring racegoers never miss a moment of the action.

After a successful debut during the 2024 Sydney Everest Carnival, the Peacock Lounge, presented by Balter, will return to Royal Randwick for all three dates of the Carnival in April. Located on the ground floor of the WINX Stand, the Peacock Lounge is accessible for GA ticket holders to enjoy.

The Star Championships Carnival will also reintroduce a refreshed beauty experience, the Pamper Pavilion, partnering with Runway Room. Attendees can expect personalised, complimentary makeup touch-ups courtesy of Alex Fevola’s Australian cosmetic brand.

The highly anticipated After The Last series will feature renowned Australian Platinum Artist Cyril for TAB Golden Slipper Day, electronic music sensation Touch Sensitive for The Star Championships Day 1, deep house icons Set Mo for The Star Championships Day 2, and the high-energy KLP for Schweppes All Aged Stakes Day, rounding out a dynamic Carnival of live music entertainment.

Transport to Rosehill Gardens has never been easier, thanks to the new L4 Light Rail. Every ticket purchase across the Carnival includes free travel via trains, buses, light rail, and ferries to the track, making it more convenient than ever to enjoy a day out with friends

• Saturday 15 March 2025: Chandon Ladies Day and the Pink Fashion Lunch at Rosehill Gardens, Sydney’s annual pink raceday, raising money for the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation.
• Saturday 22 March 2025: The TAB Golden Slipper at Rosehill Gardens, the pinnacle day of the Carnival featuring the $5 million TAB Golden Slipper race.
• Saturday 29 March 2025: Stakes Day at Rosehill Gardens, the final day of racing at Rosehill Gardens for the Autumn Racing Carnival, with exciting dining and hospitality experiences and fun for the whole family.
• Saturday 5 April 2025: The Star Championships Day 1 at Royal Randwick, a day rich in prizemoney, and even richer in history with a polished black and white dress code adding an extra touch of sophistication to the day.
• Saturday 12 April 2025: The Star Championships Day 2 at Royal Randwick, the excitement continues with more world-class, Group 1 racing on offer.
• Saturday 19 April 2025: Schweppes All Aged Stakes Day at Royal Randwick, this spectacular day closes the curtain on the Autumn Racing Carnival, across the long weekend, with plenty of opportunities to bring friends together.
